NEPAL - MUSTANG PHOTOGRAPHY TOUR

We are offering a truly exhilarating opportunity to visit Nepal and trek into Mustang, a remote place behind the Himalayas which opened to non-native in 1992. The professional photographer will join as a Photography instructor as your guide along with a professional tour guide. Every evening will be brief teaching about how to take better photographs, a special talk about travel photography. In Mustang you will be trekking along paths that have remained unchanged for centuries, whilst being able to capture on camera this relatively unexplored part of the globe. An experienced and award-winning photographer discusses or conducts a workshop on photography every evening throughout the tour. You will receive expert photographic tuition throughout ensuring you capture stunning images. Coupled with time in Kathmandu and time in Pokhara. Taking a spectacular flight to Jomsom in the upper Kali Gandaki river and passing between the great mountain massifs of Annapurna & Dhaulagiri, we trek north trekking to the walled capital, Lo-Manthang, following an ancient trade route. We will be crossing windswept passes and traveling through villages little changed by the twenty-first century.

The landscape of the Upper Mustang is indescribably beautiful. We will witness eroded cliffs, red-walled monasteries, and snow-capped peaks, bathed in hues of orange and red rocks. Similarly, this trek is perfect for the more adventurous photographer reaching altitudes of just over 4000m.
