Will our helicopter be able to land at Mount Everest's Base Camp?
Yes, it is possible to land at Everest base camp, but we will require a very specific authorization to do it. The finest view of Mt. Everest, though, is from Kalapather.
Landing at Everest base camp is dependent on the weather as well as ideal landing places, which can be difficult to find when wind, avalanches, and rock falls are present. We may also fly above the base camp of Mount Everest.
What is the maximum amount of time we can spend at the Everest base camp?
It depends on the season and weather; during peak and high season for mountaineering expeditions, the places are densely packed with people camping for various expeditions to conquer Mt. Everest.
It does, however, permit landing on occasion in order to take photographs and take in the spectacular vistas of the Khumbu Ice Falls and glaciers. We'll land in Kala Patthar for the greatest view and to take photos against the backdrop of Mount Everest. It's also good to know that we won't be able to view Mt. Everest from the base camp.
What provisions have been made for safe drinking water on this trip?
We recommend that you bring your own safe drinking water for the time being, since we will be able to purchase it once we get to Syangobche for breakfast.
Will there be any additional costs incurred throughout the trip?
After you book your vacation with us, there are no further hidden fees. It covers your permit, as well as hotel-airport-hotel transportation. All taxes and service expenses are included in the pick-up and drop-off. Your meal and beverages, however, are not included and must be paid for separately.
