Booking and Payment Conditions

Duke Nepal Adventure is an incorporated travel company under the laws of the Nepal Government. We accept the reservation and booking under the following terms and conditions.  The terms and conditions mentioned below should be known by trekkers, travellers, mountaineers, and adventure enthusiasts. We cheer you up to read them carefully.

Payment Policy/ Bank Account

The trip price is not included on our website. If you are interested in being a part of the Duke Nepal Adventure, please email us. Our enthusiastic personnel from Duke Nepal will immediately send you the tariff. Payment can be made Hand to hand; immediate cash pick up agent, Visa Card, Master Cards, and bank transfer. Cash payment will be calculated and shown in Nepali rupees at the current rate against any currency. There is a surcharge of 3.5% when a fee is paid with a credit card. We require at least a 30 % payment which is non-refundable while confirming your booking. You can pay the due amount in our workstation / on arrival day at the hotel.

Cancellation Policy

The cancellation of the trip will cause you to lose your money if cancellation is not made under our terms and conditions that you have paid to Duke Nepal Adventure. You can postpone your trip, which our company can make a contract, but you need to pay for booking expenses. Conclusion: all the details on our company website can help you understand. Insurance

Personal travel insurance is not included in our holiday package. While every effort is made to ensure the safety of all participants, it is a condition of booking that you take out a personal travel insurance policy. To protect against unforeseen circumstances, taking a “Trip cancellations and medical insurance policy” is advisable before reaching the destination. Such medical policies should cover transportation costs in a helicopter or surface evacuation. Medical coverage is especially mandatory for those who are trekking at high altitudes.
